How To Remove Stubborn Grass Stains From Clothing
We’ve all experienced grass stains on clothing, but we’re not going to give up having fun outdoors. If you have kids, you already know that they won’t stop playing on the grass oval at school, or at the park.
Grass stains appear out of the blue, whether it’s from sporting events, picnics, school play time, or just wandering the great outdoors. Grass stains are stubborn and hard to get out with normal laundry detergents on their own. Most of the time, a little hard work is needed to ensure the stains are completely removed.
How to remove stubborn grass stains:
- Soak the stain with a pre-wash stain treatment for 20 minutes
- Once the pre-treater has really soaked into the stain, use a soft scrubbing brush or toothbrush to work the stain
- Rinse and repeat if necessary. If you find this method doesn’t work, try soaking the stain with a watered down white vinegar solution.
- Wash as per usual
